Dan received his law degree from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1992 and his bachelors degree from Marquette University in 1989. He is admitted to practice in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country including courts in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and railroad litigation. Dan is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
