Roger Shuff joined Harrington, Thompson in 2001 as a chief investigator. He possesses over 40 years of experience in the railroad industry. Roger hired out in 1972 with the Penn Central Railroad, which was later merged into Consolidated Rail Corporation (CONRAIL) in 1976. For 11 years, he served as local chairman for UTU local 194 in Elkhart, Indiana. In that capacity he regularly represented his members in on-property collective bargaining agreement hearings with railroad management.
